The Best Blackberry Ginger Mocktail

This blackberry ginger mocktail is everything you love about a blackberry ginger mule without the alcohol! It's easy to make and is definitely a crowd pleaser.

Welcome back to another Mocktail Monday! I’ve been sipping on this blackberry ginger mocktail all day and I’m super excited to share the recipe with you all.

This mocktail resembles a blackberry ginger mule and has so much flavor.

Ingredients

  • Blackberries
  • Ginger beer
  • Mint leaves
  • Juice from one lime
  • Simple syrup
  • Ice

A few fun changes you can make to this mocktail – Feel free to swap the blackberries for blueberries or raspberries! Also, feel free to use some honey simple syrup in place of the regular simple syrup! I go back and forth between the two whenever I make this mocktail simply because I can’t decide which I like more!

How to make a blackberry ginger mocktail

A cocktail shaker is not required for this recipe. However, you will need a muddler (this is one of my favorites to use)!

Add your blackberries to a glass and muddle until the blackberries have broken down. Then, add ice and pour in the ginger beer and lime juice.

If you’d like, you can add in some mint leaves when you go to muddle the blackberries!

Let me know if you make this mocktail – I can’t wait to hear your thoughts 🙂
