Ingredients
- Pineapple juice
- Coconut cream
- Lime juice
- Coconut water
- Ice
- Optional but recommended – cherries, maple syrup & shredded coconut for the rim
And that’s it.
With simple, minimal ingredients, you can have one hell of a delicious mocktail in less than five minutes!
If you’re after a sweeter drink, feel free to add some whipped cream as well!
How to make a Piña colada mocktail
The first step is highly recommended but completely optional – rim your glass with some light maple syrup and shredded coconut flakes. Set to the side for now.
Add the coconut cream, pineapple juice, and lime juice to a cocktail shaker and shake vigorously. You’ll need to work those arm muscles a bit harder than you typically would have to in order to break up the coconut cream!
Add some ice to your prepared glass followed by the Piña colada mocktail. Top it off with coconut water, serve with a cherry on top, and enjoy!
